1. Please make sure you are using the correct voice commands, EMO may not answer to unsupported commands. You can check the supported command list from the user manual.

2. Please make sure to give command only after EMO responded when you call its name.

3. Please make sure to use in a relatively quiet environment, otherwise EMO may not be able to hear your commands clearly.
